A few situations where we’ve helped families get the best outcomes.

The hospital recommends TCU/rehab again (a different one) but the prognosis for independence to return home is poor.

Your loved one needs support assistance by 2 staff for transfers, or a hoyer lift and the Assisted Living cannot support this level of care.

Our loved one is adamant that she will not move from her home of 45 years, even after multiple falls resulting in several ER visits.

We finally got him moved to Assisted Living, now he won’t leave the apartment and has had a significant decline since the move.

After a clinic visit with the MD, our loved one was sent to the ER for some tests; now they are recommending hospice.

The dementia progressed slowly for a long time, now behaviors have escalated and we can’t take care of him at home.

Reviews

I have had the privilege of working with Patty in the past and want to showcase her gifts and talent when working with families. She has worked in a variety of environments in the medical industry for years. With her extensive background and personal experiences, her area of expertise is guiding families through difficult choices, particularly those with terminal illness. Patty's calm, loving, compassionate demeaner is comforting while she helps those that are coping with and/or accepting present situations. Her extensive knowledge of healthcare and senior living is extremely helpful when families are facing such emotional challenges. Embracing Patty's recommendations and placing trust in her judgement comes naturally knowing her competency.

Hospice Liaison

I have had the privilege of encountering Patty’s exceptional skills and compassionate care first hand. As the lead pastor at Radisson Road Baptist Church I was present during one of our elderly “Silver Saints” activities. I cannot overstate the profound impact she made with the “Silver Saints” group at our church.

Patty's wealth of experience spans across various healthcare settings. She radiates warmth, empathy, and professionalism, leaving a lasting positive impact. What sets Patty apart is her experience, knowledge, and unwavering commitment to holistic healing. Patty's blend of expertise, empathy, and genuineness, offers comfort while guiding individuals and families through the complexities of end-of-life care with grace and compassion.

Patty has been a true asset to our church and the healthcare community, and I whole-heartedly recommend her services to anyone in need of support during challenging times.
